The first project for the Marvin token: a human power trust-network game at arcade.buildinpublicuniversity.com. The game's job is to show who is actually doing the work described in the group chats — not who talks about it. Reward follows the people who play, and playing produces receipts.

The loop
You put fiat in the token machine, you get tokens spendable in specific ways inside the arcade. External energy becomes internal use-only energy. Each token carries a specific value; each game costs a specific amount of energy to play. As you get better, one token lasts longer. Over time your tickets become enough to conceivably buy the prize — the network is the dividend, not a cash exit.
